Qualifications

• BSN from an accredited program.
• Active, unencumbered RN license; Washington DC license required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site supervision of pre-licensure LPN students at hospital/healthcare facilities.
• Ensure safe, evidence-based nursing practice aligned with course objectives and standards.
• Orient students to clinical sites, policies, and professional expectations.
• Supervise and evaluate students’ clinical skills, critical thinking, documentation, and patient care.
• Intervene to ensure patient safety and optimize student learning.
• Collaborate with the Clinical Coordinator and Program Director to ensure consistent instruction and compliance across sites.
