Qualifications

Current RN license in the state of instruction.
BSN from an accredited program.
Experience teaching or supervising pre‑licensure nursing students.
Experience with online or hybrid nursing education.
Ability to travel occasionally as needed.

Responsibilities

Provide on‑site clinical supervision of pre‑licensure LPN students.
Ensure safe, evidence‑based nursing practice aligned with course outcomes.
Orient students to sites, policies, and professional expectations.
Evaluate and document students' clinical performance.
Collaborate with Clinical Coordinator and Program Director for consistent instruction and compliance.
