Job summary

Berks New Homes, LLC is seeking an Online Sales Consultant to act as the first point of contact for buyers via phone, email, or online. You will build relationships, uncover buyer needs, and convert interest into appointments with a New Homes Sales Consultant.

The role offers base salary plus commission with earning potential up to $85K per year and requires strong communication, CRM, and customer service skills. Some evening/weekend hours may be required.

Qualifications

• Must have 2 years+ experience in sales or selling environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to build solid relationships with customers and provide excellent service.
• PA Real Estate Licence preferred or achieved within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Identify buyer needs and schedule appointments with sales consultants at preferred communities.
• Ask questions to determine home preferences and pricing, and gather information to match product, pricing, time frame and location.
• Demonstrate knowledge of Berks Homes’ features and benefits to educate buyers.
• Follow up promptly on all leads from website, phone, email, text and real estate agents.
• Manage leads in CRM, and nurture prospects short and long term.
• Build relationships with prospective buyers via phone and email and deliver ongoing email campaigns.
• Schedule appointments with the sales team for meetings and arrange tours of communities or model homes.
• Ensure accuracy of website content and pricing information; monitor listings.
