Qualifications

• High school diploma with sales training; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–3 years of sales, marketing or customer service experience.
• Proficient with internet, email, phone and chat tools.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with potential customers promptly and follow up to nurture leads.
• Field inbound calls and website inquiries, responding to missed calls timely.
• Capture prospect details in CRM and coordinate visits with New Home Counselors.
