Responsibilities

• Provide immediate response to online leads and live chats.
• Enter leads into CRM and maintain until transfer to Sales Professional.
• Follow up with leads via CRM to schedule appointments.
• Set and confirm appointments with Sales Professionals and follow up as needed.
• Track conversion statistics (leads to sales) and report findings.
• Maintain knowledge of all communities and update materials as needed.
• Keep marketing collateral and dedicated lead contact information up to date.
