Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Identify buyer needs and schedule appointments with Sales Consultants.
• Ask questions to understand home preferences and timelines.
• Demonstrate product features and pricing accurately.
• Follow up on leads via website, phone, email, and agents.
• Manage leads in CRM and nurture prospects over time.
• Coordinate tours at communities or model homes.
• Ensure website content accuracy and monitor listings.
