Job summary

Lennar is hiring an Internet Sales Manager to lead and train the Internet Sales Coordinators, ensuring compliance with real estate rules and driving engagement through Lennar’s sales processes. Frequent collaboration with the VP of Sales and cross-functional teams will shape the customer experience and divisional results.

The role requires managing a team, overseeing lead outreach, and optimizing online sales performance across multiple communities, with travel to sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of experience in residential internet sales or sales management.
• High school diploma or GED; college education preferred.
• Licensed California Department of Real Estate Agent and/or Broker required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; advanced computer skills preferred.
• Valid, unrestricted driver’s license preferred.
• Resourceful, patient, and clear communicator with strong motivational skills.

Responsibilities

• Staff and train Internet Sales Coordinators on Lennar’s Digits, Lead Scoring, and Self-Guided Tour processes.
• Supervise the Internet Sales team to deliver positive online customer experiences via email, live chat, and 1-800 calls.
• Oversee lead outreach strategies and communication templates.
• Lead ISC team to convert online traffic into qualified sales prospects.
• Coordinate VIP Interest Lists and prequalification with Lennar Mortgage.
• Collaborate with Area Sales Managers to monitor performance metrics.
• Review purchase agreements for accuracy and DRE compliance.
• Provide input to the VP of Sales on advertising and promotional strategies.
