Job summary

Lennar is seeking an Internet Sales Coordinator to drive online inquiries into sales appointments and maintain a seamless buyer journey. You will engage customers via email, live chat, phone, and other channels, guiding them through products, communities, financing, and incentives.

Responsibilities include managing the Internet CRM, coordinating with Marketing, and supporting sales meetings and events. Flexible weekend hours are required as part of a dynamic team in the homebuilding industry.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Experience in sales, with preference for telephone and real estate experience.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills; ability to work independently.

The Internet Sales Coordinator at Lennar is pivotal in generating and maintaining a sales pipeline through internet-generated leads, ensuring a “Tickled, Delighted, Happy” experience for customers throughout the sales process. This role is crucial to the Sales & Marketing team, engaging customers via various online platforms to convert inquiries into sales appointments.

Your Responsibilities on the Team

• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation; real estate license may be required for specific locations.

Physical & Office/Site Presence Requirements:

Regular, in-person attendance at Company communities/job sites and offices during regular work hours is an essential function of this job.May require the ability to work more than eight hours per day in the confined quarters of a construction trailer, the ability to operate a motor vehicle, read plans, climb stairs and ladders, bend, stoop, reach, lift, move and/or carry equipment which may be in excess of 50 pounds.Jobmay require occasional operation of construction equipment. Finger dexterity may berequiredtooperatea computer keyboard and calculator.
