Job summary

Fred Meyer in Beaverton, OR, is seeking an Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk to select and gather products for customers' online orders with attention to freshness and quality. You will assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and load orders into customers' cars at pick-up.

You will provide a positive customer service experience, follow bagging standards, and communicate substitutions clearly with customers. This role supports a fast-paced e-commerce team within our Kroger family.

Qualifications

• Ability to work without supervision.
• Ability to read shelf tags.
• Basic math skills (i.e., counting, addition, subtraction).
• Excellent oral/written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk selects and gathers products for customers' online orders in the most efficient manner with attention to freshness and quality.
• In-Store Grocery Shopper initiates and completes selection process for customers' online orders.
• Online Grocery Pick-Up team assembles orders, processes coupons and payments, and loads orders into customers' cars at pick-up.
• In-Store Grocery Shopper scans and bags orders while following bagging standards.
• Communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers at time of pick-up.
