Job summary

Fred Meyer is seeking an in-store Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk in Happy Valley to assemble online orders with attention to freshness and accuracy. You will process coupons, handle the POS, and load orders into customers' cars at pick-up, delivering friendly service.

You’ll follow bagging standards, communicate substitutions when needed, and help maintain clean staging areas while supporting a fast-paced e-commerce team.

Qualifications

• Ability to work without supervision.
• Ability to read shelf tags.
• Basic math skills (i.e., counting, addition, and subtraction).
• Excellent oral/written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk selects and gathers products for customers' online orders with emphasis on freshness and quality.
• In-Store Grocery Shopper initiates and completes the order selection process.
• Assembles orders, processes coupons and payment, and loads orders into customers' cars at pick-up.
• Scan and bag orders while following bagging standards.
• Communicate substitutions or order exceptions to customers at pick-up.
• Meet/exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness, and cleanliness.
