Qualifications

• Select and gather products for customers' on-line orders with attention to freshness and quality.
• Assemble on-line orders, process coupons and payment, and deliver and load orders to cars for pick up.
• Provide a positive customer service experience and reflect the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

Responsibilities

• Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk selects and gathers products for customers' on-line orders efficiently.
• In-Store Grocery Shopper initiates and completes selection process for customers' on-line orders.
• As part of the E-Commerce team, assemble orders, process coupons and payment, and load orders to cars at pick up.
• In-Store Grocery Shopper scans and bags orders following bagging standards.
• Communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers at pick-up.
• Meet/exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness, and cleanliness.
• Adhere to local, state, and federal laws, food safety procedures, and company guidelines.
• Receive orders from Order Selector and store products in optimal temperature zones.
• Read and follow directions in the notes; ensure order accuracy and load into customers' cars.
• Provide positive customer service to encourage return to on-line shopping.
