Job summary

Qualifications

• Adhere to policies and substitutions guidelines when items are out of stock.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment.
• Ability to work cooperatively in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble customers' on-line orders in the store, ensuring freshness and quality.
• Process coupons and payment within the POS system.
• Deliver and load orders to customers' cars at pickup.
• Provide positive customer service to encourage return visits.
• Follow guidelines to substitute items as needed and communicate changes to customers.
• Maintain staging areas and keep equipment clean and organized.
