Job summary

Kroger in Beaverton, OR is seeking an Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk to select and gather products for customers' online orders with a focus on freshness and quality.

You will assemble orders, process coupons and payment, deliver and load orders to customers' cars, and provide a positive service experience that encourages repeat online shopping while upholding Kroger's values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

Qualifications

• Ability to work without supervision.
• Ability to read shelf tags.
• Basic math skills (i.e., counting, addition, and subtraction).
• Excellent oral/written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk selects and gathers products for customers' online orders in the most efficient manner with attention to freshness and quality.
• In-Store Grocery Shopper initiates and completes selection process for customers' online orders.
• Online Grocery Pick-Up team assembles orders, processes coupons and payment, and delivers and loads orders to cars at pickup.
• Associate scans and bags orders while following bagging standards and communicates substitutions or exceptions to the customer at pickup.
