Job summary

Fred Meyer, Inc. is hiring for an Order Selector – e-Commerce in Oregon. You will assemble online orders, process coupons and payments, and load orders into customers' cars at pickup, while delivering friendly service aligned with Kroger values.

Qualifications

• Ability to work without supervision.
• Ability to read shelf tags.
• Excellent oral/written communication skills.
• Basic math skills (i.e., counting, addition, subtraction).
• Meet/exceed customer expectations for easy, fast ordering.

Responsibilities

• Select and assemble customers' online orders for pickup.
• Process coupons and payments at checkout.
• Load orders into customers' cars when they arrive for pickup.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment.
• Provide a positive customer service experience to encourage repeat online shopping.
• Communicate substitutions or issues to customers at pickup time.
