Fred Meyer, Inc. is seeking an Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk to gather products for customer online orders with emphasis on freshness and quality. You will process coupons, handle payments, and load orders into customers' cars at pickup.

Responsibilities include selecting items, scanning, bagging, communicating substitutions, and maintaining a positive customer experience while following safety and store guidelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum Position Qualifications: Ability to work without supervision.
• Ability to read shelf tags.
• Basic math skills (i.e., counting, addition, and subtraction).
• Excellent oral/written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk selects and gathers products for on-line orders with freshness and quality.
• In-Store Shopper initiates and completes selection for on-line orders.
• Assemble orders, process coupons and payment, load orders into customers' cars at pick up.
• Scan and bag orders following bagging standards.
• Communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers at pickup.
• Meet/exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness, cleanliness.
