Smith’s Food & Drug Centers is seeking an In-Store Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk to efficiently select and gather products for online orders, ensuring freshness and quality for customers. You will assemble orders, process coupons and payments, load orders into customers' cars at pickup, and communicate substitutions when needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to work without supervision.
• Ability to read shelf tags.
• Basic math skills (counting, addition, and subtraction).
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Select and gather products for customers' on-line orders efficiently with focus on freshness.
• Assemble orders, process coupons and payment, and load orders to cars for pickup.
• Scan and bag orders, following bagging standards.
• Meet/exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping, freshness, and cleanliness.
• Adhere to local, state, and federal laws, food safety procedures, and company guidelines.
