Smith's Food & Drug Centers is seeking an In-Store Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk to efficiently select and assemble online orders, ensuring freshness and quality. You will process coupons/payments and load orders into customers' cars at pickup, while maintaining bagging standards and customer service.

The role requires strong communication skills, the ability to work without supervision, and experience in a fast-paced warehouse or production setting. Training and a team environment are provided.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral/written communication skills.
• Experience as a personal shopper or in a production/warehouse environment is a plus.
• Ability to work without supervision and follow directions.

Responsibilities

• Select and gather products for online orders with attention to freshness and quality.
• Assemble online orders, process coupons and payment, and load orders for pickup.
• Scan, bag, and bagging standards while assisting customers at pickup.
• Communicate substitutions or issues to customers at pickup.
• Follow policies to determine substitutions and maintain cleanliness of staging areas.
