Qualifications

• Ability to work without supervision and follow directions.
• Read shelf tags accurately and perform basic math.
• Provide excellent oral and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk selects and gathers products for customers' on-line orders with attention to freshness and quality.
• In-Store Grocery Shopper initiates and completes the order selection process for on-line orders.
• Assemble on-line orders, process coupons and payment, and load orders into customers' cars at pick-up.
• Scan and bag orders while following bagging standards.
• Communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers at pick-up time.
• Meet/exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping, freshness and cleanliness.
• Follow local, state and federal laws and company safety procedures.
• Provide support and assistance with customers, including minors and individuals with special needs, when needed.
• Perform opening/closing procedures and train new e-Commerce team members.
