Job summary

Kroger in Reno, NV is seeking an Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk to select and assemble online orders with attention to freshness, process payments, and load orders into customers' cars at pickup. You will provide a positive customer experience and uphold high standards of accuracy and service.

Responsibilities include coordinating with the Order Selector, maintaining order quality, and adhering to safety and bagging standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to work without supervision.
• Ability to read shelf tags.
• Basic math skills (i.e., counting, addition, subtraction).

Responsibilities

• Select and gather products for online orders with attention to freshness.
• Initiate and complete selection process for online orders.
• Assemble orders, process coupons and payment, and load orders into customers' cars at pickup.
• Scan and bag items on the go while following bagging standards.
• Communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers at pickup.
• Meet or exceed customer expectations for easy shopping, variety, freshness and cleanliness.
• Follow all laws, food safety procedures and company guidelines.
• Receive orders from Order Selector and store products in optimal temperature zones.
• Read and follow directions in the note section for each order.
• Ensure order accuracy and load orders into customers' cars for pickup.
• Assist in training new e-Commerce team members.
