Responsibilities

• Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk selects and gathers products efficiently with emphasis on freshness.
• In-Store Shopper initiates and completes the selection for on-line orders.
• Assembles orders, processes coupons and payment, and loads orders into customers' cars at pickup.
• Scans and bags orders while following bagging standards.
• Communicates substitutions or exceptions to customers at pickup.
• Ensures order accuracy and maintains cleanliness of staging areas.
• Adheres to safety, store policies, and food-handling guidelines.
• Assists in training new e-Commerce team members and meets productivity standards.
