Responsibilities

• Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk selects and gathers products for online orders with freshness and quality.
• In-Store Grocery Shopper initiates and completes the selection process for online orders.
• Assemble orders, process coupons and payment, and load orders to cars at pickup.
• Scan and bag orders, follow bagging standards in real time.
• Communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers at pickup.
• Meet/exceed customer expectations for easy shopping, freshness, and cleanliness.
• Adhere to laws, safety procedures, and company guidelines.
• Receive orders, store products in optimal temperature zones, and ensure order accuracy.
• Operate POS system, handle out-of-stock substitutions, and maintain organization of staging areas.
• Report discrepancies and notify management of issues; assist training new e-Commerce team members.
