Job summary

Kroger Family of Companies is seeking an Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk to efficiently select and assemble online orders with attention to freshness and quality. You will process coupons, payments, and load orders into customers' cars at pick-up while maintaining a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities include scanning, bagging, communicating substitutions, and ensuring accuracy, cleanliness, and safety throughout the ordering process.

Qualifications

• Ability to read shelf tags.
• Basic math skills (i.e., counting, addition, and subtraction).
• Excellent oral/written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Select and gather products for on-line orders with attention to freshness.
• In-Store Grocery Shopper initiates and completes selection process for on-line orders.
• Assemble on-line orders, process coupons and payment, and load orders to customers' cars at pick up.
• Scan and bag orders while following bagging standards.
• Communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers at pick-up.
• Meet/exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping, freshness, and cleanliness.
• Follow laws and safety procedures and maintain store order.
