Responsibilities

• Select and gather products for customers’ on-line orders with attention to freshness and quality.
• Scan and bag orders, following all bagging standards; ensure order accuracy.
• Communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers during pickup and resolve issues.
• Meet/exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness, and cleanliness.
• Load completed orders into customers’ cars and process orders through the POS system.
