Kroger Family of Companies is seeking an Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk to assemble customers’ online orders with a focus on freshness and order accuracy. You will process coupons and payments and load orders into customers’ cars at pickup, while delivering a positive customer experience.

The role emphasizes following safety guidelines, maintaining clean staging areas, and communicating substitutions or exceptions to customers in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• Ability to work without supervision.
• Ability to read shelf tags.
• Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction).
• Excellent oral/written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk selects and gathers products for customers’ online orders with attention to freshness and quality.
• In-Store Grocery Shopper initiates and completes the selection process for online orders.
• Assemble orders, process coupons and payment, and load orders to customers’ cars at pickup.
• Scan and bag orders while following bagging standards.
• Communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers at pickup.
• Meet/exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping and cleanliness.
• Follow safety policies and company guidelines.
