Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars during pick-up. Provide a positive customer service experience to encourage repeat online shopping. You will ensure quality, freshness, and compliance with safety and legal standards, and maintain organized staging areas. You will also handle equipment inspections, assist in training new team members, and meet productivity standards. The role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage conflicts professionally, and act with integrity.
