Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars during pick-up. Provide a positive customer service experience to encourage repeat online shopping. As an In-Store Grocery Shopper, you will select and complete customer orders, following all standards for bagging and order accuracy. The Online Grocery Pick-Up team assembles orders, processes payments, and loads orders into customers' cars, communicating substitutions or issues as needed. You will ensure quality, freshness, and compliance with safety and legal standards, and maintain organized staging areas. You will also handle equipment inspections, assist in training new team members, and meet productivity standards. The role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage conflicts professionally, and act with integrity. Support for minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults is essential. Reasonable accommodations will be provided to perform essential functions.
