Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)
Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival. Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat online shopping. In-Store Grocery Shopper initiates and completes selection for online orders. The Online Grocery Pick-Up team assembles orders, processes payments, and delivers orders to customers' cars. They scan and bag items, follow bagging standards, and communicate substitutions or issues to customers at pick-up.
Responsibilities include ensuring order accuracy, maintaining cleanliness, adhering to safety and food standards, and managing equipment and supplies. The role requires excellent communication, organization, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Training new team members and supporting customers, including minors and seniors, are also part of the job. The position requires integrity, the ability to follow directions, and the capacity to perform essential functions with or without accommodations.
