Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival. Provide a positive customer service experience that encourages repeat online shopping. In-Store Grocery Shopper initiates and completes selection for online orders. The Online Grocery Pick-Up team assembles orders, processes coupons and payments, and loads orders into customers' cars. They also scan and bag orders, communicate substitutions or issues to customers, and ensure order accuracy and quality.
The role involves following all safety and food handling standards, maintaining organization, and adhering to legal and company policies. Responsibilities include inspecting equipment, assisting in training new team members, and meeting productivity standards. The position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage conflict, act with integrity, and support customers of all ages and needs.
