Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival. Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat online shopping. In-Store Grocery Shopper initiates and completes product selection for online orders. The Online Grocery Pick-Up team assembles orders, processes payments, and delivers orders to customers' cars. The team follows all bagging standards, communicates substitutions or issues, and ensures order accuracy and quality. They maintain cleanliness, report discrepancies, and assist in training new team members. The role requires working efficiently in a high-paced environment, managing conflicts professionally, acting with integrity, and supporting customers, including minors, individuals with special needs, and seniors.
