Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival for pickup. Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat online shopping. The In-Store Grocery Shopper initiates and completes the selection process for online orders. The Online Grocery Pick-Up team assembles orders, processes payments, and delivers orders to customers' cars. They scan and bag orders following standards, communicate substitutions or issues, and ensure order accuracy and quality. They also manage staging areas, report discrepancies, and perform opening and closing procedures. The role involves training new team members, maintaining organization, and working cooperatively in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must act with honesty and integrity, follow directions, and support customers, including minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
