Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)
Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival. Provide a positive customer service experience that encourages repeat online shopping. In-Store Grocery Shopper initiates and completes selection for online orders. The Online Grocery Pick-Up team assembles orders, processes payments, and delivers orders to customers' cars. They scan and bag items, follow bagging standards, and communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers at pick-up. They ensure order accuracy, maintain cleanliness, and follow all safety and legal guidelines. Responsibilities include retrieving orders, ensuring quality, responding to customer calls professionally, loading orders into cars, and processing transactions through the POS system. The role also involves maintaining organization, reporting discrepancies, inspecting equipment, performing opening and closing procedures, assisting in training, and meeting productivity standards. Candidates should work well under pressure, manage conflict cooperatively, act with integrity, follow directions, and support customers, including minors and individuals with special needs. Must be able to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
