Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)
Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival for pickup. Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat online shopping. In-Store Grocery Shoppers initiate and complete selection for online orders. The Online Grocery Pick-Up team assembles orders, processes payments, and loads orders into customers' cars. They also scan and bag items, following all standards, and communicate substitutions or issues to customers during pickup.
Responsibilities include meeting customer expectations for ease, variety, freshness, and cleanliness; adhering to safety and legal guidelines; storing products properly; ensuring order accuracy; and maintaining organization in staging areas. The role involves communication with customers, order processing through POS, handling substitutions, inspecting equipment, and assisting in training new team members. The position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage conflicts professionally, act with integrity, follow directions, and support vulnerable populations.
