Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)
Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival for pickup. Provide a positive customer service experience that encourages repeat online shopping. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

The In-Store Grocery Shopper initiates and completes the selection process for online orders. The Online Grocery Pick-Up team assembles orders, processes payments and coupons, and loads orders into customers' cars. They also scan and bag items while following bagging standards, communicate substitutions or issues to customers, and ensure order accuracy and quality.
Key responsibilities include adhering to food safety laws, storing products properly, following POS procedures, maintaining organization in staging areas, and assisting in training new team members. The role requires the ability to work efficiently in a high-paced environment, manage conflicts professionally, and act with integrity regarding customer and business information.
