Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, focusing on freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival. Provide a positive customer service experience to encourage repeat online shopping. In this role, you will initiate and complete the selection process for online orders, assemble and bag orders, process payments, and communicate with customers about substitutions or issues. You will ensure order accuracy, maintain cleanliness, and follow safety and quality standards. You will also support training new team members, meet productivity goals, and work cooperatively in a fast-paced environment.
