As an In-Store Grocery Shopper, you will initiate and complete the selection process for online orders. The Online Grocery Pick-Up team assembles orders, processes coupons and payments, and delivers and loads orders into customers' cars. You'll scan and bag orders while adhering to bagging standards, communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers, and ensure order accuracy and freshness. Maintain organization and cleanliness, follow safety and legal guidelines, and support training new team members. You should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, manage conflicts professionally, and act with honesty and integrity. Support is provided for interactions with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults. Must be able to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
