Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)
Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars during pick-up. Provide a positive customer service experience to encourage repeat online shopping. In-Store Grocery Shoppers initiate and complete selection for online orders. The Online Grocery Pick-Up team assembles orders, processes payments, and loads orders into customers' cars. They also scan and bag items according to standards, communicate substitutions or issues, and ensure order accuracy and quality. The role involves following safety procedures, maintaining cleanliness, and adhering to policies for substitutions and discrepancies. The team supports a positive shopping experience and collaborates effectively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities also include training new team members, managing conflicts professionally, and acting with honesty and integrity.
