Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival. Provide positive customer service that encourages repeat online shopping. In-Store Grocery Shoppers initiate and complete order selection. The Online Grocery Pick-Up team assembles orders, processes payments, and loads orders into customers' cars. They scan and bag items following standards, communicate substitutions or issues, and ensure order accuracy and quality. They also maintain cleanliness, follow safety procedures, and assist in training new team members. The role requires working in a high-paced environment, managing conflicts professionally, and acting with integrity. Support for interactions with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults is required. Reasonable accommodations should be provided as needed.
