Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)
Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival for pickup. In-Store Grocery Shopper initiates and completes selection for online orders. The Online Grocery Pick-Up team assembles orders, processes payments, and delivers orders to customers' cars. The team also scans and bags items, communicates substitutions or issues, and ensures order accuracy and quality.
Responsibilities include adhering to safety and food handling standards, maintaining organization, and following policies for substitutions and discrepancies. The role requires excellent communication, teamwork, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Training and supervision support are provided, and a commitment to honesty, integrity, and customer satisfaction is essential.
