Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival. Provide positive customer service to encourage repeat online shopping. In-Store Grocery Shopper initiates and completes selection for online orders. The Online Grocery Pick-Up team assembles orders, processes payments, and loads orders into customers' cars. They also scan and bag orders, follow all bagging standards, and communicate any substitutions or exceptions to customers at pick-up.

Meet or exceed customer expectations regarding shopping ease, variety, freshness, and cleanliness. Adhere to all relevant laws, safety procedures, and company policies. Store products in optimal conditions, ensure order accuracy, and respond professionally to customer calls. Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas, report discrepancies or equipment issues, and assist in training new team members.

Meet productivity standards and work cooperatively in a high-paced environment. Manage conflicts professionally, act with honesty and integrity, and follow directions diligently. Support interactions with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults. Must be able to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
