Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival. Provide a positive customer service experience that encourages repeat online shopping. Responsibilities include ensuring order accuracy, maintaining cleanliness, following safety procedures, and providing excellent customer service to encourage repeat business.

Additional duties involve managing equipment, training new team members, and maintaining productivity standards. The role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle conflicts professionally, act with integrity, and support vulnerable populations.
