Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival for pickup. Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat online shopping. The In-Store Grocery Shopper initiates and completes the selection process for online orders. The Online Grocery Pick-Up team assembles orders, processes payments, and loads orders into customers' cars. They scan and bag items following standards, communicate substitutions or issues, and ensure order accuracy and quality. They also maintain cleanliness, follow safety procedures, and perform opening and closing procedures. The role requires excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Training and support are provided to new team members. The position requires adherence to all policies, legal standards, and safety protocols, with accommodations available as needed.
