Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival. Provide a positive customer service experience that encourages repeat online shopping. In-Store Grocery Shopper initiates and completes the selection process for online orders. The Online Grocery Pick-Up team assembles orders, processes payments and coupons, and delivers orders to customers' cars. They also scan and bag items, communicate substitutions or issues, and ensure order accuracy and quality.

Responsibilities include following all food safety procedures and legal guidelines, storing products correctly, and maintaining cleanliness and organization. The role involves communicating with customers professionally, managing order discrepancies, and assisting in training new team members. Candidates should be able to work cooperatively in a fast-paced environment, handle conflicts calmly, act with honesty and integrity, and support customers with special needs.
