Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)
Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival. Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat online shopping. In-Store Grocery Shopper initiates and completes the selection process for online orders. The Online Grocery Pick-Up team assembles orders, processes coupons and payments, and delivers and loads orders into customers' cars. They scan and bag orders while following all standards, communicate substitutions or exceptions, and ensure order accuracy and quality. They respond professionally to customer calls, maintain organization and cleanliness, and report discrepancies or equipment issues. They also assist in training new team members, meet productivity standards, and work cooperatively in a high-paced environment. The role requires honesty, integrity, following directions, and supporting customers, including minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
