Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival. Provide a positive customer service experience that encourages repeat online shopping. Job Responsibilities:

• Initiate and complete the selection process for customers' online orders.
• Assemble orders, process payments, and communicate substitutions or exceptions at pick-up.
• Meet or exceed customer expectations for shopping experience, freshness, variety, and cleanliness.
• Follow all food safety procedures, legal requirements, and company policies.
• Store products in optimal conditions, ensuring quality and freshness.
• Communicate professionally with customers via portable phone and respond promptly.
• Ensure order accuracy, load orders into customers' cars, and maintain cleanliness of staging areas.
• Report discrepancies and equipment issues to management.
• Assist in training new team members and perform opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain productivity standards and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Manage conflicts cooperatively, act with honesty and integrity, and follow directions for resolving issues.
• Support interactions with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
• Perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
