Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars during pickup. Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat online shopping. Job Responsibilities:

• Initiate and complete selection of customers' online orders.
• Assemble orders, process payments, and deliver/load orders into customers' cars during pickup.
• Scan and bag items following standards; communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers.
• Meet or exceed customer expectations regarding shopping ease, variety, freshness, and cleanliness.
• Follow all laws, safety procedures, and company policies.
• Store products in appropriate temperature zones, ensuring quality and freshness.
• Read and follow notes for specific instructions.
• Communicate professionally with customers via portable phone.
• Ensure order accuracy and load orders into customer vehicles.
• Process orders through the POS system and handle out-of-stock substitutions appropriately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of staging areas and equipment.
• Report discrepancies and equipment issues to management.
• Assist in training new team members and perform opening and closing procedures.
• Meet productivity standards and work cooperatively in a high-paced environment.
• Manage conflicts professionally and act with honesty and integrity.
• Support and assist customers, including minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
