Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, paying attention to freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars at store pickup. Provide a positive customer service experience that encourages repeat online shopping. Job Responsibilities:

1. Initiate and complete selection for customers' online orders.
2. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and load orders into customers' cars.
3. Follow all bagging standards while scanning and bagging orders.
4. Communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers at pickup.
5. Ensure order accuracy, quality, and freshness.
6. Follow all safety, legal, and company guidelines.
7. Store products in appropriate temperature zones.
8. Respond professionally to customer calls and inquiries.
9. Maintain cleanliness and organization of staging areas and equipment.
10. Report discrepancies and equipment issues to management.
11. Assist in training new team members.
12. Meet or exceed productivity standards.
13. Work cooperatively in a high-paced environment and manage conflicts professionally.
14. Act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information.
15. Support interactions with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
16. Perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
