Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver/load orders into customers' cars upon arrival. Provide a positive customer service experience to encourage repeat online shopping. Job Responsibilities:

• Initiate and complete the selection process for customers' online orders.
• Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival.
• Scan and bag orders following standards, and communicate any substitutions or issues to customers at pick-up.
• Meet or exceed customer expectations regarding shopping ease, variety, freshness, and cleanliness.
• Follow all legal, food safety, and company guidelines.
• Store products in appropriate temperature zones, ensuring quality and freshness.
• Read and follow specific notes for orders, respond professionally to customer calls, and ensure order accuracy.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment.
• Report discrepancies, equipment issues, and perform opening/closing procedures.
• Assist in training new team members and meet productivity standards.
• Work cooperatively in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful environment, managing conflicts professionally.
• Act with honesty and integrity, following directions, and seeking assistance when needed.
• Support interactions with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
• Perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
