Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)
Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars during pickup. Provide a positive customer service experience to encourage repeat online shopping. In this role, the In-Store Grocery Shopper initiates and completes the selection process for online orders. The Online Grocery Pick-Up team assembles orders, processes payments, and delivers orders to customers' cars. Responsibilities include scanning and bagging items, communicating substitutions or issues, and ensuring order accuracy and quality. The role requires following all safety and food handling procedures, maintaining cleanliness, and adhering to policies on substitutions and temperature controls. The associate also interacts with customers via phone, supports training new team members, and operates within a high-paced environment, managing conflicts professionally and acting with integrity.
