Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, focusing on freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival. Provide a positive customer service experience to encourage repeat online shopping. Job Responsibilities:

• Initiate and complete selection of customers' online orders.
• Assemble orders, process payments, and deliver orders to customers' cars.
• Follow bagging standards, scan and bag items on the go.
• Communicate substitutions or issues with orders to customers.
• Ensure order accuracy, quality, and freshness; store items at correct temperatures.
• Respond professionally to customer calls and inquiries.
• Load orders into customers' vehicles, ensuring complete and accurate fulfillment.
• Process orders through POS system and follow substitution policies.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of staging areas and equipment.
• Report discrepancies and equipment issues to management.
• Assist in training new team members and perform opening/closing procedures.
• Meet productivity standards and work cooperatively in a fast-paced environment.
• Manage conflicts professionally, act with honesty and integrity, and follow directions.
• Support interactions with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
• Perform all essential functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
