Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival. Provide a positive customer service experience that encourages repeat online shopping. In-Store Grocery Shoppers initiate and complete the selection process for online orders. The Online Grocery Pick-Up team assembles orders, processes payments, and loads orders into customers' cars. They also scan and bag orders, following all bagging standards, and communicate any substitutions or issues to customers at pick-up.

Responsibilities include meeting or exceeding customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness, and cleanliness; adhering to all food safety laws and company policies; storing products in optimal temperature zones; ensuring order accuracy; and maintaining a clean and organized staging area.

Additional duties involve inspecting equipment, reporting discrepancies, assisting in training new team members, and performing opening and closing procedures. The role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage conflicts professionally, act with honesty and integrity, and support customers with special needs.
