Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars for pickup. Provide a positive customer service experience that encourages repeat online shopping. • Experience as a personal shopper, in warehouse or production environments, stocking, or as a cashier

1. Select and gather products for online orders efficiently, maintaining quality and freshness.
2. Initiate and complete the order selection process.
3. Assemble orders, process payments, and deliver/load orders into customer cars.
4. Scan and bag orders following standards.
5. Communicate substitutions or issues to customers at pickup.
6. Meet/exceed expectations for shopping ease, variety, cleanliness.
7. Follow all safety, legal, and company guidelines.
8. Receive and store orders properly, ensuring accuracy and quality.
9. Read and follow notes for special instructions.
10. Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas.
11. Report discrepancies or equipment issues.
12. Perform opening and closing procedures.
13. Assist in training new team members.
14. Meet productivity standards.
15. Work cooperatively in a high-paced environment, managing conflicts professionally.
16. Act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information.
